Thalys, nicknamed “The red bullet train”, is a high speed train, comfortable train connection attends the countries Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and France.

If your have a Eurail pass and other discount passes which cover the sector you travel though you only have to pay a small amount of money, and you can get more discount depending on the length of the visit and your age.

Please note that you cannot obtain a ticket minutes to departure. A train reservation is needed.

All first class Thalys passengers traveling to Paris Gare du Nord can book a taxi from the train.

Once in Paris, a taxi driver will meet the passenger at the Thalys meeting point (the meeting point is generally located in front of the arrival platforms).

Taxi charges will be paid by the passenger directly to the driver. Booking must be done at least 30 minutes prior to arrival with an attendant in the buffet car.
